At 10 days post-op, jess had 51 staples removed. This was the first time she has had staples and I hope she never has them again! That's was a tuff day watching each one get pulled out.
We decided to send jess to school the following Monday (two weeks after surgery). Jess was very excited when she got on the bus and did very well through the week. She just seemed a bit tired after school.
