...AND LOOK AT ME TODAY!
Steve and I are so happy on how fast Jessica is recovering. She is a different girl from one month ago...and a least four inches taller! We have noticed that on hot days, she no longer slumps over and seems brighter and full of energy! Before she was so lathargic and seemed to be unable to get enough oxygen. Amazing having that pressure off her lungs! She also is sitting AMAZING. She no longer hooks her leg around her side to keep her balance. Both bum cheeks now touch the floor and she sits cross legged beautifully.
BEFORE - This was Jessica last year. She was about 108 degrees in this picture. 
AFTER- Jessica now sits at a 34 degree curve...big difference from the last picture! She has learned to adapt to the rods in her back in such a short time. We really thought her movements would have been delayed due to the surgery. Once again Jessica has surprised us with her strength and determination!
That is so amazing...Keep up the wonderful work Jessica!
